New neighbors might not realize that while the Continental Village Parks Department (CVPD) does the heavy lifting of physically maintaining our clubhouse and lake, the ​Continental Village Property Owners Association (CVPOA​)​ is​ the link between the town and our neighborhood. We serve as an advisory board, reporting the community's needs directly to the CVPD and keeping everyone informed.

But we don't just advocate for our shared spaces​,​ we bring them to life! Your support also allows the CVPOA to host fun community events, seasonal gatherings, and neighborly outreach that keep Continental Village a close-knit, vibrant place to live.
